1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@canestar.in. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, a full or partial refund will be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted if the product shows signs of use or is missing parts.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for an exchange. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you. Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:
  • Perishable goods, such as food products that are opened or partially consumed.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be guaranteed, as we begin processing your order immediately to ensure timely delivery.
